Knowing what to eat can be confusing – the headlines are always changing and it’s hard to know which are the best foods to meet your goals. The science of nutrition is complex – but eating shouldn’t be. I’ll help you figure out a practical nutrition plan that is delicious – since life is too short to eat food that you don’t like. 

What happens in a nutrition consult?

Seeing a dietitian isn’t scary. In your first appointment, we chat about your goals and motivations for improving your nutrition, delve into your food and health history (as well as anything else that might be relevant to your nutrition) and then come up with a nutrition plan you feel confident that you can follow. You walk away with a food and meal ideas tailored to your goals, along with advice for choosing the best foods while shopping, and other resources. We can also chat and make a plan for incorporating more exercise into your week.

You then have the option of returning for follow-up appointments, which are useful to discuss progress, brainstorm solutions to any barriers, and modify the existing plan.

The goal of this package is to cement these healthy habits into your life, so eating food that supports your ideal weight is as habitual as brushing your teeth. Together we explore the whats // whys // hows // and whens of eating to make your ideal day of food and activity your everyday.

If you suffer from stomach pain and cramping, a change in bowel habits (such as diarrhea, constipation, or sometimes both), bloating, excessive wind, and/or fatigue and want to get rid of these symptoms, this program is for you. We investigate the causes of your symptoms, and put into place a step-by-step program to get you feeling much, MUCH better. You take home a meal plan, giving you options of stomach friendly food for each meal and snack.
